It’s been your dream forever, now it’s finally here… The Big Day!

At Belle Fiori, we know how important every decision is, which is why we don’t just offer flowers – we offer guidance in planning every essential detail to make your vision a reality.

Just like the dress and the cake, flowers have a big impact on the look and feel of your wedding. We get it, and carefully consider your aesthetic in order to implement the perfect design for you. Whether traditional, Avant Garde, or somewhere in between we offer many innovative ideas to custom create an experience that is unique to you.

About your consultation:

Sitting down to thoroughly discuss your vision is the first important step to planning your wedding flowers, which is why we offer a complimentary consultation for all of our brides-to-be.

  • Book your initial consultation 6 – 9 months before your wedding date.
  • Have your ceremony and reception location finalized
  • Have a good idea of bridesmaid dress color
  • Bring any photos, color swatches, textures, or inspirations that your have found

Our consultation typically last 1 hour – 1.5 hours. During that time we aim to connect with you and make your time worthwhile, therefore, we ask that you limit your entourage to the most important decision makers of your planning process (ie: Mom, Groom, Sister, wedding planner) only.

Pricing:

Our pricing is custom to each unique couple and their goals. We work with you in order to prioritize your desires while remaining true to your budget. The possibilities are truly endless, and therefore we do not offer any standard packages. After all, this is your big day and its anything but ordinary! You can trust that we provide quality and competitive pricing that always maintains industry standards.

Rentals:

We have a wide variety of rental items including: glassware, candelabras, pillars, altar stands, manzanita trees, fabrics, a chuppa and gazebo. These items need to be returned to us by the following week Wednesday. We also offer Rental Pick-up options.

Delivery:

We provide three levels of day-of delivery coordination.

Pick-Up Only: We carefully box and label your items, ready for you to pick up with your vehicle. This option works well for small – medium weddings, but we recommend having a family member help with transport. (You will be busy getting ready for your debut!)

Event Delivery Only: A delivery vehicle is dedicated to your event only. We organize an exact delivery time with the venue(s) and bring your items carefully boxed and labeled for you to set-up.

Full Service: For this option you are hiring our event team to take care of every detail, while you remain worry free. We dedicate a delivery vehicle for your event only and plan exact set-up times with your venues. From there we set up your decor for the ceremony and stick around to make sure all of the flowers are handed out, pinned on, and you are ready to walk down the aisle. Lastly, we delivery and set-up the centerpieces and reception decor and by the start of your cocktail hour you’re all set for partying.

A La Carte: An additional delivery vehicle sent to transfer ceremony decor to your reception hall. Set-up Included.

Midnight Rental Pick-up: We swing by after the reception to pick-up our rented vases at midnight. (Many reception rooms are needed to be cleaned and prepped for morning events.)

Charity Donation Pick-up: Offered complimentary with the Midnight Rental Pick-Up, we will donate floral decor to a charity of your choice or a local charity after the reception is over.

Monday Rental Pick-up: If approved by your venue, we send over a delivery vehicle to pick up our rental vases during normal business hours.
